How do I place an order?
When you are browsing our site, click the “Info” button to read more about that product. You will see a description, more images, total amount in stock, and a Buy button. there is also a box to insert the quantity you want.
All fabrics are listed in 1/4 metre units unless otherwise stated. So for a 1 metre cut, you would place 4 units in the cart.
Clicking on the Cart link on the upper right menu are will show you the items in your cart. The Checkout button will show fields to fill in your payment info. You will get a confirmation email when your oder is placed, and a second email will be sent when your order is filled and ready for pickup or shipped.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Our site uses the latest Internet standard for secure shopping. Payments are processed via Square payments. You know the site is secure by the lock icon in the URL toolbar. We do not have access to your credit card number. It is encrypted and sent directly to our payment processor. Any saved card information is stored at our credit card processor and not on our site.
How does Local Pickup work?
When you place an order, we try and fill it the same day. When the order is filled, we pack it up in a bag with your name on it and place the bag behind our sales counter. You will get an email when your order is ready. Pickups need to be done during shop hours and can be picked up by anyone.
What are your hours?
We are open from 10am to 4pm weekdays, 10am to 6pm Thursdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
Can you ship my order?
Yes! We offer a flat rate of $15 to ship parcels and orders over $195 get free shipping. For single items that can be shipped in a flat envelope (patterns, books, single panels) we will refund the shipping difference.

We are at 1245 Hanwell Road, Unit D. Our shop is next to Davidson’s Food Equiptment. This is the small strip mall across from Ritchie’s Carpet Warehouse.

How do I know what the fabric looks like really? How can I tell what it feels like? Is it good quality fabric?
