Fabric Requirements
Quilting cotton border print with four 11″ repeats across width of fabric  – 1  1/2 yards.
Or one 11″ wide strip – 4 1/2 yards.
Finished size approximately 50″ x 60″ Size determined by actual strip width cut.
Batting and backing for 4-6 ” larger than the finished size.
Binding – straight of grain – 1/3 yard

Design Considerations
Typical border print fabrics have four repeats of 9 -11″ wide sets of stripes and elements running the length of fabric.
Designs may use all four stripes,  portions of 2-3 stripes, or one long strip.
Narrower strips will require less fabric and make a smaller Hexagon.
